Capt. V.V.Bhardwaj, The Director of Operations of ' The Perfect Aviators Pvt. Ltd.' has received a lot of success in his flying career at a very young age. He has now decided to harness his energies and knowledge to help today’s youth who wish to pursue flying as a career.

As lot of opportunities came his way to make a career in aviation internationally but he chose to serve his fellow coming new by making it possible to have international standards flying training both in theory and practical right here in India. He works extra hard in ensuring that no untoward delay or incident takes place in the actual flying in Philippines as he is fully aware of the short cuts resorted to imperative flying training in Philippines.

To resolve this problem TPA has invested in their own planes in Philippines. He has left no stones unturned in his efforts to ensure that TPA delivers what it promises.
